By accessing or using the TAHROS platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, Buyers, Merchants, and other users of the Platform.
TAHROS is a multi-tenant commerce platform that enables businesses ("Merchants") to create and operate online storefronts from which consumers ("Buyers") can purchase goods and services. TAHROS provides the technology infrastructure and is not itself a seller or buyer of any products or services listed on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You may use the Platform for its intended purpose: browsing storefronts, making purchases (as a Buyer), or operating a storefront (as a Merchant, subject to the Merchant Service Agreement).
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, you must not:
All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising the Platform are owned by TAHROS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant TAHROS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform.
TAHROS facilitates transactions between Buyers and Merchants but is not a party to any sale. The contract of sale is between the Buyer and the Merchant.
Payments are processed through integrated payment gateways and the Platform's wallet system. TAHROS facilitates payment processing but is not a bank or financial institution.
All purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern the relationship between Buyers and Merchants.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TAHROS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
TAHROS does not endorse or guarantee any products, services, or content provided by Merchants or third parties on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAHROS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. TAHROS's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TAHROS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAHROS, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
TAHROS may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
TAHROS may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
